‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) Spoilers here and we’re ready to keep things rolling with some spoilery goodies to share.
There’s a lot of action in this episode as Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) and Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) are nearing the end of the line, and Kristen DiMera (Stacey Haiduk) looks to press her advantage over Brady Black (Eric Martsolf). Let’s dig in!
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Tuesday, October 18: Chad offers congratulations
Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) has been through an emotional rollercoaster the last few months, but that’s not going to keep him from stopping by to see Kate.

He’ll intend to check on her and see if there’s anything he can do, and he’ll end up offering his congratulations when he learns she and Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) are married.
We expect this to be a touching scene as Kate’s been like a second mother to Chad and the two will share some memories.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Tuesday, October 18: Kayla’s at the end of the line
While we don’t think Kayla will really die, ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers thinks it’ll be close and someone in the hospital will mourn not having the hospital’s malpractice insurance premium lowered.
She will scare everyone as she’ll see her mom as she slips into a coma or briefly dies before the cure takes effect. Once it does, we think she’ll come around, but not before having a touching moment with her loved ones on the other side.
This will be a near perfect death scene as Kayla will be surrounded by her friends and family, and it’ll bring some major feels.
We may be wrong and this could be the end of her run, though we don’t see the powers that be killing off another long term character so soon after Abigail Deveraux (Marci Miller)’s death.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Tuesday, October 18: Kristen takes the brass ring
Never one to miss an opportunity, Kristen will pay Marlena Evans (Diedre Hall) a visit to make sure the cure is working, and then she’ll look for Brady to fulfill his part of their deal.
Brady will try to appeal to her humanity to not make him go through with it, but she won’t relent. She’ll press her advantage and force him to break up with Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) as planned.
This will come back to bite her big time, but until then she’ll revel in having her family back and intact once again.
