Since making her return at Summerslam, Bayley has been focused on getting her chance to become the WWE RAW Women’s Champion. Tonight is that chance, as she meets Bianca Belair in a ladder match. It’s important to remember a move taken wrong on a ladder during a Hell in a Cell match put Bayley on the shelf for so long – and Belair will do anything to remain champion here tonight. Bayley got what she’s been asking for – but can she take that belt home?

Creative Offence With The Ladders To Start This War

As the bell rang, Belair & Bayley would rush into each other – causing a double down. Both ladies would roll out to the floor and grab ladders, with Belair getting the larger ladder. Bayley would realise this and looked to use hers as a weapon – only to be driven from the ring. Belair would make the climb, but was stopped halfway up.

Bayley would pull Belair to the floor and look to catapult her into a ladder – with Belair latching onto a ladder and getting into the ring. Belair tried and climb again, but was stopped. Bayley would be scooped up and slammed onto the ladder, before a back handspring into a moonsault.

Belair would be driven into the corner with the ladder, before Bayley hit some clubbing blows to the head. A sunset flip bomb would launch Belair into a ladder set up in the corner, and she’d set a ladder up to begin the climb – only to be stopped by a misbehaving ladder. Realising she missed her chance to climb, Bayley would drive the ladder into the ribs of Belair and take this fight to the floor.

Bayley would set up a ladder between the ring steps and the ring, before setting Belair up on the ladder for a running elbow drop. Neither woman was feeling good after that, and Bayley would break a smaller ladder with unclear intentions. She’d look use it to sandwich Belair, with the champion avoiding this at the last possible second before slamming the ladder across the spine of Bayley.

Bianca Belair Flaunts Her Insane Power

Back in the ring, Belair would set up the ladder – with Bayley eating a spinebuster as she tried to step Belair from climbing. Bayley would tilt the ladder, and send Belair tumbling to the floor. Bayley would be stopped from climbing and hit with the Kiss of Death.

Damage Control would hit the ring with Bayley down, preventing the champion from getting the belt down. Kai & Sky would fumble their chances, and took a double K.O.D out of the corner. Belair would be nailed with the Rose Plant and placed under the ladder – but Bayley forgot about the insane power of Belair, as the ladder was tilted back with ease.

Belair would start the climb, with Bayley fighting to climb as well. The braid of Belair would be used to pull her face first into the ladder – before Belair used it to whip Bayley to prevent her from climbing. Bayley would grab a ladder, only for Belair to pick her up and hit the K.O.D and climbing the ladder to claim the belt.

Since getting access to the internet, he's watched more wrestling than he could ever remember from all around the world. It's hard to keep track of what happens in the wild world of professional wrestling, but he always tries to stay up to date. Note: No relation to Tully Blanchard of Four Horsemen fame (probably).
