’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Is Usman Considering Adoption?
On Sunday’s episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Usman and Kim are thinking about the way forward after an immigration attorney dropped the bombshell that polygamy is illegal in America — even the other wife lives in another country. Fans know that Kim has signed a contract which promised she would allow him to marry younger wife.
Lucky for Kim, her fiancé seemed to have a solution. A sneak peek into next week’s episode showed the Nigerian rapper telling his American beau his big idea — adoption. “I feel like maybe I’m going to adopt,” he told Kim via Zoom. Kim has historically been opposed to raising Usman’s kids — though she welcomes his plan to have children with another woman.
So, the first question on her mind was: “Who the f— raises the child? Me?” Usman asked her, “I’m asking — do you want to raise him?” Despite the bombshell from the attorney, the couple had a relatively romantic last day in Usman’s home country before Kim returned to the United States. Usman — who’d said yes to Kim’s proposal — proposed to her in a romantic way.
Viewers saw Usman get down on one knee in his living room as he said, “My mom say [sic] yes, so if truly, I love you, what else would I wait? Will you marry me, babe?” Kim said yes without hesitation. In a confessional, Usman said, “Kimberly propose to me, I appreciate it, I understand how much she love me.
But that is not the ideal way.” Kim also said, “It’s beautiful,” showing off her new ring. “This just drives it home for me that this man loves me just as much as I love him.” The couple still had to complete the K-1 Visa application process.
