‘General Hospital’ (GH) Spoilers here and we’re set to get a new week started with some fun weekly spoilery goodies.
There’s plenty of tension this week as we move a step closer to the reveal of a huge secret that could save Willow Tate (Kaetlyn MacMullen)’s life. We’ve been waiting for this part of her storyline, so let’s dive in!
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Willow receives bad news
After months of trying to play the odds to protect her baby, Willow’s gambit is going to come up short for the time being as her cancer has progressed to Stage 4.
To be fair, ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers expected this as the way to force Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) into admitting she knew Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is Willow’s mother, but it goes beyond that.
These storylines are important as it helps show fans that are dealing with similar problems they can be overcome, or at the least that they’re not alone.
This will have plenty of complicated moments as Willow has chosen to keep Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) in the dark about her diagnosis.
She said she wanted him with her for her appointment, but it looks like he’s going to be running late. At least she’ll have TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) with her to offer support until Michael arrives.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Michael wants the truth
Michael is going to have an interesting week as he’ll be searching for the truth on what’s going on with Willow, and we have a feeling Nina will have a hand to play in it.
From what she’s seen, it definitely looks like Willow and TJ have a thing going, and their secrecy only added to her suspicions and justifiably so.
But when Michael interrupts her and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), she may tell him about her suspicions and he’ll head off to see Willow at the hospital like he intended.
While his side journey will probably be why he’s late, Michael will arrive just in time to find TJ comforting Willow.
He’ll demand to know what’s going on and if this is why she hasn’t wanted him at her appointments.
Not the way Willow wanted to tell him, but then again she may not have wanted him to ever find out.
We have no doubt Michael will remain with her to help her through this, but it’ll also deeper engrain his hatred for Sonny and Nina. Or will Nina’s upcoming sacrifice for Willow soothe those feelings?
