It’s going to be a big day in Salem with the election for the governor’s race on the line and some payback for past grievances will be handed out. Let’s dive in!
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Tuesday, November 8: Getting ready to bring the house down
With it being election day, there’s plenty to celebrate and prepare for as Abe Carver (James Reynolds) and Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) will be on pins and needles as the counts come in on the same day.

We expect it to be a victory for Paulina as it’s nearly a storybook ending with her friends and family there or close by to join her in the celebration.
But this is Salem, and things have a habit of going sideways here and we don’t see any reason why this will be any different.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Tuesday, November 8: Alex is in deep
Figures that as soon as Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) decided to do a good thing with no strings attached for Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein), it’s got to blow up in his face.
Sloan Peterson (Jessica Serfaty) is a smart woman, and she’s going to know what happened to the files she had in her room, and she’s going to let Alex know she knows and this won’t be one of the games he’s used to playing.
This is one relationship he won’t have a problem walking away from since she’ll kick him to the curb despite their fun and games.
There’s also a chance that she has copies of the files and she’ll turn them over to the police, which will result in Chanel DuPree (Raven Bowens) being arrested at Paulina’s celebration.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Tuesday, November 8: Chad has the talk
It was bound to happen, especially after Stephanie heard Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) tell Alex he has no feeling for Stephanie, and not it’s put up or shut up time.
Chad’s feelings towards Stephanie are complicated as he’s obviously attracted to her and they get along so well, but we think he’ll tell her he’s not ready to move on from his wife yet.
He’s still grieving in some ways, and she was a way for him to forget about his loss and pain for a time.
Stephanie will expect this, but it’ll still be a great scene between them. We expect there to be plenty of feels to balance the episode out.
