Additionally, he wasn’t available when she needed him most; it was Mike who helped his mother leave Ukraine amid the war. All of these made her realize she missed Mike.

Viewers were made to believe that Natalie only went back to Mike after he helped her make her mom escape from Ukraine. She went to profess her love to him in Sequim and begged him to take her back so that she would fall back on him if her relationship with Josh goes south.
A clip was shared by @kikiandkibbitz from Natalie’s cameo, the actress said, “some of the things are not true.” She further claimed that the producers of the show made it look like “all of a sudden he came back” into her life. She added that Mike refused to film at first. The model also added that “But me and Michael, we never stop actually talking.”
It is unknown if Natalie is now with Mike, but fans have claimed in the comment section that she is only using Mike. The actress has reiterated that she was only acting her script because the storyline isn’t real. Apparently, Mike and Josh are also faking it.
However, Natalie and Josh were seen together in California in November, which implies they have been in a relationship for over a year. As per Mike, he was also seen on a dating app, which means he has also moved on. The duo is probably no longer in a relationship but they agreed not to file for a divorce so that Natalie doesn’t lose her Green Card.
