’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Relocating To Reno Was Not Permanent
According to Vanessa’s most recent post, Colt and Vanessa have decided to leave Nevada completely. In a recent Instagram Story, the 32-year-old reality star shared a significant update on her future, writing, “Our lease is up in a couple of months.”
’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Vanessa Guerra Hints At Major Relocation For Her And Colt Johnson
She said that for them, relocating to Reno was more of a “short-term” decision because they wanted to determine whether they would enjoy the city. In November, the two had concluded that the casino city won’t be their “permanent home.” The 90-Day Fiancé star said that Texas or Florida are her and her husband’s top choices for their next destination. While it’s encouraging to watch Colt and Vanessa preparing for their new city, it might not be easy to forget that they were living apart just a few months ago.
Vanessa revealed her relationship status during the Single Life season 2 Tell-All in February 2022 and said she had split from her husband. Colt lamented his mother, Debbie Johnson, ‘s treatment of him as “subservient” throughout the show. Vanessa asserted she left because she was sick of her 70-year-old, domineering mother-in-law. Thankfully, the 90-Day Fiancé pair have since reconciled.
Colt and Vanessa’s relationship seemed to have benefitted much from Debbie’s relationship status. TLC fans saw the 70-year-old Las Vegas resident hook up with a Canadian man named Tony in the most recent season of 90 Day: The Single Life. She soon decided to relocate to Canada to live with her new partner, which gave Colt the serenity he had so badly sought out throughout the years.
Because of Debbie’s relocation, her son’s relationship has improved, increasing the likelihood that the young couple will stay together and be able to consider having a child after a heartbreaking miscarriage. Despite the good news, some TLC fans believe Colt and Vanessa may find it difficult to rekindle their desire for one another. The couple has already experienced a separation, which is very detrimental in the early years of marriage.
Additionally, Debbie’s departure from their life will not resolve the other problems they had with one another. Their brief separation demonstrates how fragile their marriage is and how it could end due to other issues like divergent viewpoints or competing life goals. Viewers of 90 Day Fiancé remain optimistic that Colt and Vanessa will persevere and make their relationship work.
