‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to keep things moving with some fun spoilery goodies to share.
This is going to be a fun episode as we’re going to have some interesting decisions being made and playing out for future storylines. With so much going on we have plenty of popcorn on hand and we’re ready to dig in.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Wednesday, December 28: Nick and Victoria are on the hot seat
In a curious twist, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is going to pull the rug out from under his favorite siblings. We have a feeling it has to do with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) refusing his offer and calling him out for his lack of support.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers aren’t surprised Victor will continue questioning Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow)’s decision making, but calling Victoria Newman (Amelie Heinle) out is a head scratcher.
It could be for her decision to hire Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) or for taking him with her on her business meeting, but more likely it could be to light a fire under her to remind her he’s always watching.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Wednesday, December 28: Diane’s curious decision
Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) is tired of playing games with Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) and she’ll go to confront him.
But we’re thinking she’s going to act like she played Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and the Abbotts to get Stark his payday, and will try to end it right there.
Of course, things are going to go sideways because why wouldn’t they?
There are a few ways this could go, including this being part of a long term plan she had with Stark to rip the Abbotts off.
We don’t see that given what she’s gone through and how genuine she’s been around Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and her grandson.
But we also expect Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) to see her interacting with Stark or Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) and she’ll jump to the wrong conclusions and put them both at risk.
How awesome would it be that Diane ends up saving Phyllis’ life after she tried to destroy her so badly?
This is a stretch, but there’s plenty of possibilities out there for this storyline, and we’re excited to see how it’s going to play out.
