Things are going to get interesting in Genoa City and ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers can already hear Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) screaming from the rooftops that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) is trying to destroy his family.
Given his perception that any outsider is evil with evil intentions, he’ll be justified to an extent, though it’s nothing malicious on Sally’s part.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Sally’s Pregnancy Pushes Nick and Adam Further Apart
Of course, we’re talking about the secret Sally will share or have discovered by Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson), and we’re going with the popular theory that Sally’s pregnant. Now, the question is whose is it, and how will this cause trouble for the Newmans.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Pick a daddy
There are a couple of ways this could go as far as to who the father is, and it’s either Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) or Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow).
This is where Victor’s going to feel vindicated when the two of them get to squabbling over who the father is and Sally honestly won’t have a clue, though we’re leaning toward it being Adam.
Of course, it depends on the timing, but ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers expect this to be the angle to continue building the angst between Adam and Nick, as well as Victor in there stirring things up.
Sally’s been straight up and honest with everyone in Genoa City for a while, but there’s a chance she’ll claim the child is Nick’s to prevent herself from being pulled into Adam’s orbit again.
But most likely any problems will come from the brothers as they’re both good fathers and will want to make sure the baby is taken care of.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Would Sally abort?
There’s also the possibility that Sally will foresee those complications and decide to abort the pregnancy despite the desire to have her own child.
She may fear Victor will claim he’s trying to entrap Nick or Adam, and after he had the dossier about her antics in LA put together, she’ll have a legitimate reason.
Of course, if she goes this route It’s going to backfire on her spectacularly as both Nick and Adam will feel cheated despite it being her right, and she’ll head into a dark place because she’d love to be a mother.
This could be the best storyline of the year and we’re excited to see where they go with it.
