‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to keep things rolling with some fun spoilery goodies to share.
This looks like it’s going to be a fun episode as we’re going to get some curious twists and turns while staying true to the formula or repeated segments from the last couple of weeks. Let’s dive in!
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, January 5: Tee it up
Once again we’re going to get ringside seats as Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will be triggered by Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) appearance with a twist, as she was also kissing Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).
Ashley will feel justified once again since she’s not responsible for how she reacts and it’s all Diane’s fault as she’ll rip into Jack once again.
We expect this to be the typical back and forth we’ve seen a few times with the exception that this time Diane will intercede to protect Jack and inform Ashley she’s leaving to be with Jeremy Stark (James Hyde), so she got her wish.
Ashley will mock her for manipulating everyone like she did by going to the cabin, and that will probably set Jack off again.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, January 5: Setting the bait
‘The Young and the restless’ Spoilers aren’t convinced that Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) isn’t just being a friendly ex to Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), and that gray area’s going to remain when he opens himself up to her in this episode.
He’s going to tell her about his recent past and he’ll be open, honest, and vulnerable. In other words, he’s going to do everything 90s guys were taught to get in good with a woman.
There is a chance he’s being nothing more than a friend that’s sharing with her, but we’re not going to buy into that until it becomes obvious he’s not trying to hook back up with his ex.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, January 5: Devon discovers a secret
This is going to be interesting simply because Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) learning a secret about Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) isn’t surprising since a good portion of Tucker’s life is secrets.
Still, it’ll be interesting to see if it’s something Tucker accidentally on purpose left for him to find, or if it’s an actual gem that’ll give Devon some insight into Tucker’s current thought process.
