Hello and welcome to Impact Wrestling Results! Tonight’s Hard To Kill Go Home episode looks like a great one with some great looking matches as we get ready to head into the first pay-per-view of 2023. Let’s get to the action!
Before The Impact – Shera and Raj Singh vs. Johnny Swinger and Zicky Dice
Dice and Singh started it off, and Singh took it right to him with some heavy rights, but Dice caught him with a clothesline and a bodyslam before tagging Swinger in.
Swinger and Dice dusted off the Bushwacker’s old head polish battering ram, and Dice tagged in for a tilt the whirl backbreaker.

Singh caught Swinger in the throat and tagged in Shera, who wasted no time in choking Swinger out and clubbing him with heavy rights.
Singh and Shera worked over Swinger as they focused on his back with Singh hitting a backbreaker for a pin attempt.
Dice took it to Singh with a cannonball for a near pinfall, but Shera scared Swinger off the apron and hit a powerbomb on Dice for the win.
A civil exchange
Josh Mathews opened the show with a Zoom interview between Josh Alexander and Bully Ray, and Alexander said he wasn’t surprised that Bully attacked Scott D’Amore last week and he has a lot going on in his head.
After some prodding, Bully got him to admit he’s in his head, and Bully pointed out he’s got the advantage and can read the little ticks in Alexander’s face.
Bully admitted previously he can’t wrestle Alexander for 60 minutes cause he’s a machine like Kurt Angle. He can’t get into deep water with him anymore, but not Alexander is fighting his kind of match.
Alexander explained that he’s felt all kinds of pain during his title reign, and Bully promised he’ll discover a new kind of pain at Hard To Kill.
Brian Myers w/Matt Cardona vs. Heath w/Rhino
This should be a good match as they each look for some momentum going into Hard To Kill.
Myers got the better of Heath during their first tie up, and then hit a shoulder tackle off the ropes before he ate a couple of leaping forearms.
Myers tolled to the floor and Rhino and Cardona got into the mix and they were banned from ringside and Heath slammed Myers into the apron and hit a cannonball off the apron to the floor.

Myers kept the pressure on Heath and tripped him in the ropes when Heath started to get some steam going.
Heath fired off some shots and nailed a knee off the ropes, and followed it with a face plant and neckbreaker for a near pinfall.
Myers avoided a Wake Up Call and his a DDT for his own near pinfall attempt. Heath caught Myers’ Roster Cut with a knee, but ran into a spear for another near pinfall.
Heath kicked out of a flying elbow drop off the top rope, and then hit a Wake Up Call on Myers for the win.
