Hello and welcome to WWE Smackdown Results! We’re stoked for what looks like a tag team heavy episode and the contract signing between Roman Reigns and Kevin Owens should prove interesting. Without further ado, let’s get to the action!
Following a recap of last week’s attack on Kevin Owens, the Bloodline arrived at the arena and Sami Zayn got everyone fired up except for Reigns who walked by his fist bump offer.

Smackdown Tag Team Contenders Tournament – Banger Bros (Sheamus, Drew McIntyre) vs. The Viking Raiders (Erick, Ivar) w/Valhalla
The Viking Raiders attacked before the bel could ring, and Ivar and Drew went to the floor, and the bell rang with Sheamus and Erick in the ring.
They traded shots and Sheamus took them both over the top rope and the four went at it with Sheamus and Drew throwing their opponents into the barricade.
The Viking Raiders rallied and pummeled their opponents and Ivar hit a splash on Sheamus against the barricade as we headed to commercial.
Sheamus continued to take a majority of the punishment early on as Drew hadn’t tagged in yet, but he fought free from Erick and they traded blows and Sheamus hit a backbreaker to buy some time.

Drew finally tagged in and he went after the Viking Raiders and hit a pair of neckbreakers before Ivar backed him into a corner when he went for a Future Shock DDT.
Drew countered with a Mishinoku Driver off the ropes for a near pinfall on Ivar.
Ivar countered with a sitton and then a clothesline for Erick to get a pin attempt in, but Drew fired back.
Sheamus came to Drew’s aid and hit a White Noise on Erick and Drew flipped Ivar off the top rope.
After a back and forth, Drew went for a Claymore and Ivar countered with a spin kick. Sheamus and Erick came in and hammered on each other.
Sheamus hit Ivar with a knee and Drew nailed Erick with a Claymore. Sheamus finished it off with a Brogue Kick on Ivar for the win.
Backstage, Zayn asked Reigns about his cold greeting and wanted to make sure everything’s cool with them.
Reigns said he saw it last week and that he tried to cover it up this week and wanted to know the truth.
Zayn was disappointed in last week and he takes pride in carrying his weight, so he felt slighted when the Bloodline came out.
Reigns told him to get out because he’s offended at having to run his gameplan by Zayn and Zayn left.
