This looks like it’s going to be a fun character building episode as we’re going to get some interesting twists that should prove fun down the line. Let’s dive in!
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Wednesday, February 8: Nate’s the focus
Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) has made a splash in Newman Media since he was hired, and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) has taken a fancy to him as they mesh so well together.
But despite her support, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden)’s wary eye won’t concede anything until he’s put Nate through his paces, and first up will be a loyalty test.
We expect this to start as a simple conversation, and then Victor will mention something sensitive but not too important to the company to see if Nate will share it or how he’ll react.
It could be anything since there are multiple targets Victor would like to go after, but it’ll be fun to see how Nate will handle things.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers expect Nate to prove himself, but it could be an arduous test that’ll take some time to complete and for Victor to assess how he handled it.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Wednesday, February 8: Tucker’s wheeling and dealing
This is a curious one for us, and we think it’s going to be fun as Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) will do something he’s not known for — waiting.
He’s going to sit and wait for Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson)’s reply or return instead of pursuing her and trying to win her over.
It’s the right move after his heartfelt message to her, and we’re interested to see if she will give him a chance to explain everything or if she’ll slam the door on their relationship for good.
Honestly, we hope she gives him a chance just to see how things develop from there, and it should be a fun ride.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Wednesday, February 8: To the rescue!
Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) is on a razor’s edge as far as her confidence goes as she heads for the DNA test to see how her baby’s father is, and she’s going to need plenty of support.
She’ll especially need it if Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is hovering around and approaches her or tries to insert himself in some way to learn what’s going on.
We don’t think that’ll be as big a deal as it could be right now and that Sally will mainly be dealing with her own insecurities.
Either way, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will be her knight in shining armor as he’ll ride in and support her through the whole ordeal as he’s promised and it’ll help them grow closer as a result.
