Dollar Bill was certain that Sheila would jump for joy and say yes when he popped the marriage question and then open up to him, confessing all her crimes. He wanted this so that he could get the she-devil arrested.
However, Bill did not get what he wanted from Sheila and he, his partner, Ridge, and the FBI agents they were working with watched her go to her lover, Deacon’s place to talk about things.

Bill is desperate for an answer from Sheila. What will she say if he begs her to say yes to him? Sheila loves the idea of someone being in love with her, but she also knows that she can’t really trust anybody.
