Impact Wrestling Rebellion Results have been waiting for this, and Gresham and Bailley worked together initially on Trey, but quickly separated to reconsider their plans.
They continued their team work and went for a double pin on Trey, but he kicked out and retreated to the ramp to let them go at it.
Trey tried to take advantage of their being tied up, but they let each other go and Trey hit the mat.
He turned it up and got his shots in on both of them with running dropkicks and a northern lights suplex for a pin attempt on Gresham when Bailey rolled to the floor.
Trey ducked and Bailey hit Gresham with a missile dropkick. Bailey landed a combination of kicks on Trey for a pin attempt, and then locked up Gresham’s legs and hit a brainbuster on Trey while turning his hold on Gresham into a figure four.

After knocking Trey to the side, Bailey and Gresham exchange rights but took a break to nail Trey, then went back to it before Gresham hit a dropkick.
Gresham and Trey went at it and Gresham nailed him with some heavy hits for a pin attempt.
Trey took Bailey out with a cutter on the floor, then hit Gresham with a sling shot cutter for a near pinfall.
Gresham then went to work on Bailey’s legs with a dragonscrew and then a figure four Trey broke up with a Meteroa on Gresham for the win.
One on one
This was an awesome move, but we hoped Gresham would go deeper into this match, maybe even facing Trey one on one for the title
This left it between Trey and Bailey, so Trey untangled them and locked in his own Figure Four but Bailey made it to the rope after they traded shots.
After trading blows running into the ropes, Bailey hit a Spanish Fly type of move off the ropes for a near pinfall, then followed it with a tornado kick and attempted an Ultimate Weapon Try avoided.
Bailey missed his second Ultimate Weapon attempt and landed on his knees, and they traded roll up attempts with Trey retaining with a handful of tights.
This was a great match and another classic for the X-Division. Trey keeps finding ways to hold onto his title, but someone’s got to be lurking ready to take it off of him.
