WWE Raw Results returned as Jey was on the phone backstage when he spotted Sami Zayn and then asked him what he wants.
Zayn said he’s not there for a fight and questioned Jey not winning the titles back for themselves but for Reigns, and he asked what happens in they come up short since they put Reigns’ name on it.
He told Jay he doesn’t deserve it. Zayn told him he feels back, and Jey told him not to feel bad cause they’re taking back the titles.
Zayne made his choice and so did Jey.
After a recap of Trish Stratus’ promo last week, Trish was asked backstage why Becky Lynch wasn’t there, and Trish said Lynch confided in her she’s having trouble with the pressure of being a mom and wrestler.
She put Lynch out of her misery and Lynch should be saying, “Thank you, Trish.”
The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins, Montez Ford) vs. Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander
Benjamin knocked Dawkins off he apron with a high knee and after an exchange with Ford, he tagged in Alexander and they double teamed Ford until Ford blocked Benjamin’s kick and hit a step up.
Dawkins tagged in and nailed Alexander with a reverse elbow and a corkscrew splash and a Silencer for a pin attempt Benjamin broke up.
Ford closed it out with a From the Heavens on Alexander to end this squash match.
Triple H unveils a new championship
Triple H came out to the ring and talked about how he had the privilege of being in that ring and entertaining the fans for years and now he has the privilege of ensuring future generations enjoy the WWE.
He praised Roman Reigns coming up on 1000 days as champion and that it’s an unheard of feat in this day and age and he can’t name too many that could hang with Reigns.

He then explained how Reigns did something smart to negotiate himself into a deal where he doesn’t have to defend as frequently, but it’s not good for the WWE and its fans.
So, he announced that wherever Reigns gets drafted to he’ll take the WWE Championship with him and stay there. The other brand will determine a new champion, and on May 27 at Night of Champions a new World Heavyweight Champion will be crowned and he unveiled a new belt.
This will be a champion that will defend the title anywhere, any place, any time all over the world. This champion won’t demand our acknowledgement and will instead earn it.
