‘General Hospital’ (GH) Spoilers here and we’re set for some fun and games and we have plenty of spoilery goodies to share.
This episode is going to have some fun moments, one of which will be a copy and paste of previous conversations between Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright).
The highlight of this episode will be Haven de Havilland (Morgan Fairchild) trying to push Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) over the edge for ratings and to sell things.
Nothing like backstabbing drama to make the world go round, right? Let’s dive in!
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Tuesday, May 16: It’s a trap!
Sasha started things off strong in her presentation, and with Flora Gardens (Susan Batten) at her side they were taking the show over and shoving Haven to the side despite her attempts to trigger Sasha.
So of course, that’s when Sasha started hearing a baby crying in her ear piece.
The show will probably play it off as her imagination, but “General Hospital” Spoilers think it’d work better if it’s a legitimate sound effect being pipped into her ear piece to make her think she’s hearing things.
It’s as despicable thing as one can to do someone, and it’s right up Haven’s alley and we hope it backfires on her spectacularly.
Sasha’s due for a chance to be able to stand up and take control of her life, and we hope the writers don’t rob her of that. She’s come a long way and it’d be a waste to have her falter and regress now.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Tuesday, May 16: Here we go again
Carly and Nina are damaged and two sides of the same coin, but at some point the show really needs to move on from their constant back and forth.
Every time Nina starts to take some positive steps, they have her falter by reacting to something Carly says or does to provoke her and then she’s back to square one.
For Carly, she can’t help but be hypocritical and judgmental and she’ll continue manipulating those she has in her cult while claiming to allow them to make their own decisions. She may not know she does it, but she does it.
And because of the cycle they’re caught in, Nina will continue to ask for her help in getting Willow Tate (Katelynn MacMullen) to have a relationship with her knowing what the answer will be.
Willow has her own reasons for not wanting to be involved with Nina, and while Carly’s anger and hate toward Nina have helped to augment Willow’s feelings, it’s something Nina needs to understand will take time.
Just like when Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) told her to let go of her hate and Nina sold Carly out to the SEC, Nina won’t stop to think and her reaction will get her into more trouble when she doesn’t get what she wants.
In the end, it doesn’t matter that Nina has accepted responsibility for her choices and apologized for them, her reactions will be what everyone will remember and it’ll be what redeems Carly.
Will Sasha hold it together and power through Haven’s plot, or will she crumble and begin the rebuilding process again? Let us know in the comments below and check back with “General Hospital” Spoilers for the latest updates, spoilers, and speculation.
