‘General Hospital’ (GH) Spoilers here and things are getting pretty interesting in Port Charles for the next few episodes and we’re set to share plenty of spoilery goodies.
Nothing is ever easy or clean when it comes to dealing with one’s problems on daytime television, and a few of those problems like a conscience, dealing with the unknown, and diving into danger are going to be coming our way.
Let’s grab some popcorn and dig into some spoilers!
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Tuesday, May 2: Just in time
It looks like Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) is going to attempt a prison break, or at the least try to knock out a guard or two.
Whatever his plan will be it’ll fail pretty spectacularly and he’ll be at the mercy of the guards and one will be intent on making him pay for his transgression.
“General Hospital” Spoilers think this will be the perfect time for Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) to make his presence known on the Haunted Star.
He’ll arrive just in time to save Spencer from some bodily harm and take out the two guards to get Spencer and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) to safety.
Unfortunately, we have a feeling something will go sideways and Curtis will be injured in some way. He won’t let it stop him and will carry on to get them to safety, but it could cost him.
This is just a feeling on our part, but he’s been adamant about giving his life to save everyone, and this could be a surprise death none of us are expecting or want to see happen.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Tuesday, May 2: Hope for the future
Now that Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) completed his job for Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), he’ll feel freer about staying in Port Charles and not having to worry about repercussions.
In the course of this, he and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will spend some of their usual quality time in bed, and they’ll talk about Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) sending the SEC on a wild goose chase to buy Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) more time.
It’ll muddy the waters some more for him, but his job will be done and he and Joss will be hopeful Drew can return with Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) in time.
There’s a curious twist here, and it comes curtesy of Brick (Stephen A. Smith).
He warned Dex not to trust anyone but Sonny, especially him. This makes us think that he did something to either fry the recording Dex made of the business transaction, or alter things so it looked like Dex was the one completing the deal.
It’s possible the entire thing was a setup to test Dex and the crate is empty or hass something benign in it and Dex will fail his test.
Assuming Brick finally earned his money, granted there have been several small hints that Sonny and Brick found him out, and how they handle Dex for his betrayal will open up some more potential storylines.
More than anything, it’ll show Sonny his family hates him after having no problem knowing what he did and benefiting from it for most of their lives, and all because he hurt Carly Spencer (Laura Wright).
And given Carly’s lack of effort to dissuade them from hating him, we think we could be seeing the end of Sonny’s run in Port Charles. He could be arrested, killed off, or simply leave since there won’t be anything left for him.
What do you think is in Sonny’s future? Let us know in the comments below and check back with “General Hospital” Spoilers for the latest updates, spoilers, and speculation.
