At WrestleMania 39, Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn dealt a major blow to The Bloodline – when they took the Unified WWE Tag Team Championships from The Usos.
They would manage to win the rematch as well, keeping the belts out of The Bloodline. Tonight, with Riddle by their side – Owens & Zayn will face down The Usos & Solo Sikoa in a massive trios match. The Bloodline won’t have Roman Reigns to back them up however – with the Universal Champion on vacation after crushing Cody Rhodes dreams.
Sami Zayn, Kevin Owens & Riddle Stand Against The Bloodline
The Usos would control the match as things began, working over Zayn & Owens with ease. Riddle would get things under control with a gutwrench suplex on Jimmy.
Zayn would smash Jimmy face first into the corner before a jumping elbow connected. Sikoa would get the tag to drive Zayn into the corner, hitting some savage strikes before sending Zayn off the ropes for a shoulder tackle.
The crowd started a ‘we want Roman’ chant, while Sikoa stomped Zayn into the mat. Jimmy would apply a sleeper hold, keeping Zayn away from a tag before dropping Riddle with a superkick.
Zayn would leapfrog over Jimmy and hit a lariat, before sending him to the floor. Owens would be pulled off the apron, and sent head first into the steps.
Zayn would remain isolated by Sikoa, but managed a big DDT and completed the tag to Riddle. Quickly, Riddle would take down The Usos with a series of suplexes and strikes, before a springboard Floating Bro to the floor. An Avalanche Belly to Belly Suplex would follow to Jimmy, before Owens would hit the Swanton Bomb.
Solo Sikoa Takes Bloodline Matters Into His Own Hands
Jimmy would block a Stunner, before tagging in Jey. Pop Up Powerbomb would follow, getting Owens a near fall. Jey would brawl it out with Owens, trading punches and superkicks before Owens hit the big lariat.
Zayn was back and ready for the tag, able to take the pressure off his partner – only to leap into a double superkick.
Jey would set up the hip attack, trying to start an Uso chant – but Sikoa would tag himself in. Some strife in The Bloodline would cause an argument, allowing Zayn to hit a series of Helluva Kicks – nearly ending the match. Jey was pinned for the win, but Sikoa was able to make the last minute save.
Sikoa & Jey would turn to blows – with Jey almost taking the Samoan Spike before Zayn got involved. Jey hit a superkick and set up the splash, but Zayn got the knees up and went for a roll up.
Riddle would hit the jumping knee and Bro-Derek – missing the tag to Sikoa. Samoan Spike would land – and The Bloodline claims a win thanks to Solo Sikoa.
