‘General Hospital’ (GH) Spoilers here and it looks like we have a doozy of an episode coming our way.
It looks like someone is making a power move to get to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) continue to show they’re clueless when it comes to reality.
The stage is set, let’s dive into some spoilery goodies!
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Wednesday, June 28: Avery’s gone!
We’re torn on this one due to the timing. Avery’s disappearance would be a perfect reason for Ava Jerome (Maura West) to have the nanny fired and start work to get the info on Sonny Mason Gatlin-Holt (Nathanyael Grey) wants.
At first we thought Ava set this up, but she looks too shocked. Then we switched gears to suspecting Mason and it fits and he’ll be blamed, but we think it was someone else that took her.
We think the person that took Avery would have to be unassuming, quick, and good with kids to a degree. All of that fits one person – Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth).
He’s been trying to convince Ava about Mason being ruthless and he’s grown frustrated at Ava’s unwillingness to try something, so this could be the perfect way to urge her into action.
Of course it’s pretty stupid since Avery is Sonny daughter as well, but that only adds to the fun.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Wednesday, June 28: What’s this “we” garbage?
After showing without hesitation that his family means nothing to him next to Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will continue to add to his list of dishonors that includes giving away his child’s money to bail Carly out of debt.
What’s it this time? Well, he’s going to once again approach Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) once more about how “they” will tell “their” daughter about his sentencing.
Sam doesn’t look happy and why should she? They weren’t part of his decision, so why should she be part of him telling his daughter how someone else is more important to her, both emotionally and financially?
“General Hospital” Spoilers expect Sam will give in to a point because it involves her daughter, but we’d be all for her letting Drew take the brunt of telling her, and then Sam comes in to pick up the pieces.
Why make his job easier after he didn’t think about them at all?
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Wednesday, June 28: Joss lashes out
It’s safe to say Joss’ understanding of the world took a severe hit when Sonny left Carly, and she hasn’t been able to work through it in a healthy way. Neither has Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), but he’s at least trying.
Joss is intent on lashing out at everyone that wronged her even if it means her best friends could go to jail. So today she’s going to turn her focus onto Carly and blame her for Drew going away and not turning Sonny in.
It wasn’t that long ago Joss nearly lost everything due to the power vacuum Sonny being missing caused, and she’s not interested in the facts, only what she wants to believe.
The good thing is Carly will stand her ground and maybe, just maybe, between Carly, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), and Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) talking sense to her something will sink in.
We doubt it, but we never say never.
