Things are heating up in Port Charles with the SEC still a huge topic, and ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers are all set as people are picking sides and trying to figure out who the culprit is.
If there’s one thing we’ve learned in recent years it’s that we learn who true friends are when the chips are down, and there’s a couple of possible x factors bouncing around at the moment.
Without further ado, let’s dive in!
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Wednesday, June 7: Here we go again
As if Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) didn’t have enough to worry about, now her second spoiled brat is going to come at her hard about selling Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) out to destroy the family in the name of saving it, and all to keep Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) away.
Carly will once again get a good look at what she helped foster in the Cult of Carly as Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will take the crown and become the new Hypocrite Queen as she’ll batter Carly to give Sonny up.
What “General Hospital” Spoilers really finds funny about Joss’ spoiled brat act is she says it’s about protecting the same family she has no problem walking away from to be with Dex Heller (Even Hofer).
We doubt she’ll make anymore headway than Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) did as Carly will be too horrified and heartbroken at the hateful monsters her children have become.
She may even feel she needs to be punished for letting it get this far and take the full brunt of the accusation.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Wednesday, June 7: Drew turning on Carly?
This is something we don’t believe. We don’t see Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) turning on Carly to save himself. It just doesn’t wash, but that’s how the show is making it look with him looking to make a deal.
More likely, in our opinion, he’s going to see if he can cut a deal that protects Carly. He’ll throw himself under the bus for her by taking full responsibility and telling them he instructed her to buy the shares.
If it works out, then Carly may just get a slap on the wrist at worse while he gets jail time.
Or he could be rolling the dice and hoping Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) had a point when he asked if It’ll be a minor punishment.
There’s several ways this can go, and with the pressure on to find out who ratted them out to the SEC it could but them the time they need.
