Everyone suspected Ned exposed Carly and Drew to the SEC. But he later found out that he was under fire for Nina’s sins. On his way to expose her, he had an accident, but Drew managed to save his life.
When Ned woke up, he began to identify as Eddie Maine, his rock star persona from the 90’s. Nina tried to wiggle out of the situation while Ned was still struggling with his memory, but there is no way.
