‘General Hospital’ actress, Haley Pullos has been dealing with a DUI case for two months. When the incident happened, she was replaced by Mia Kriegel to play Molly Lansing-Davis, and everyone thought the replacement would be short-term, but it looks like things will go down differently.
Haley Pullos Pleads NOT GUILTY
In April, GH star, Haley Pullos was involved in a fatal car accident and she was arrested. The other driver, Courtney Wilder involved also sued her. While the actress recovers in a rehabilitation center, proceedings have been moved forward. Latest news tells us that she has pleaded not guilty after being officially charged for the drunk and drive case.
‘General Hospital’ Star, Haley Pullos (Molly Lansing-Davis) Pleads Not Guilty to DUI Felony Charges
Her preliminary hearing will take place next month. On April 29, 2023, the ‘General Hospital’ star drove on the wrong lane and hit another vehicle going around 60 MPH.
The actress was trapped inside her mangled car and was rescued by Pasadena Fire Department crews. Pasadena paramedics rushed both she and the other driver to the hospital. While no one died in the accident, the other driver filed lawsuit against her.
It was also reported that the authorities found edible marijuana and mini-bottles of tequila in the actress’s vehicle leading to the arrest. She was also found to be intoxicated, with a blood alcohol content reading of .08.
The actress was immediately charged with one felony count of DUI. Daily Mail reported a month later that she was seen entering Malibu Detox and Residential Treatment Center. Haley said “I will be back as soon as possible,” during an interview before the crash news was reported.
She also mentioned the automobile accident and said she needed some time to recover. While Haley Pullos took her time to recover at the rehab, another actress, Holiday Mia Kriegel was casted on General Hospital to portray the role of Molly on May 25.
