Hello and welcome to WWE Smackdown Results! Tonight looks like it’s going to be a fun one as Jey Uso faces a tough decision and Asuka is presented with a new championship.

Heyman’s offer
After a recap of Solo Sikoa booking Jimmy Uso out of the Bloodline, Solo and Paul Heyman were in the ring, but before Heyman could get started the Usos’ music played and Jey came out.
Once in the ring, Jey paced back and forth before he told Solo he let a lot of things slide, but stabbing their big brother in the back is something they don’t do and he doesn’t know if he can forgive him for that and told him to tell him what he has to say.
Heyman told him he has it all wrong. It’s not Solo or anyone’s fault but Jimmy’s because he made up his own mind for himself and for Jey.

Heyman asked Solo to step back and approached Jey and told him when Jimmy kicked Reigns, did he ask Jey? No, Jimmy pulled the trigger for himself and Jey because he’s the oldest brother.
He then claimed Jimmy has always resented him because he knows Reigns wasn’t to groom Jey to be the next Tribal Chief. Jimmy’s known since day one and he’s resented him since and Heyman promised to prove it to him.
Heyman said he’s arranged a match to set Jey on the path to be the next Tribal Chief, but it’s not tag team gold. Jimmy ended the Usos.
He said Jey will bring gold home to the Bloodline by defeated Austin Theory for the United State Championship. Heyman needs his answer now, and Jey told him he’ll take him up on the US challenge.
When Heyman offered his hand, Jey hesitated and then told him he’d get back on him coming back to the Bloodline.
Money in the Bank Qualifying Match – Escobar Escobar w/Rey Mysterio vs. Mustafa Ali
Before the match could start, LA Knight came out.

In the ring, they traded chops and they traded moves as Ali sent Escobar to the floor with a huricanrana.
Escobar pulled Ali to the foor and they traded blows, and Escobar caught him with a step up kick on the apron and after jockeying for position, he shoved Alis into the ring post and sent him to the floor with a hurricanrana.
Ali backflipped off the top rope to the floor, then caught Escobar with a dropkick when he tried to follow him.
Escobar avoided a 450 splash and hit a poisonrana for a near pinfall. Escobar fought off Ali’s flurry to hit a Phantom Driver for the win.
Backstage, Sami Zayn approached Jey and told him their times together in the Bloodline was one of the best times of his life and Jey cracked a couple of smiles.
He reminded him it couldn’t happen, not because of Roman Reigns but the Tribal Chief as Heyman’s voice takes over.
He said he was tested over and over against his brother like he is, and he understands that Jey will want to be the next Tribal Chief but it’ll mean no more Usos so he needs to listen to what’s in his heart, not what’s being put in his ear.
