Impact Wrestling Slammiversary Results returned as we were recapped about how they’re better enemies than friends, and when the match started they traded moves and holds early on.
Edwards caught him with a reverse elbow off the ropes, and Kaz responded with a roll up for a pin attempt.
Alisha tripped Kaz in the ropes while the ref was busy with Edwards, and Edwards nailed him from behind and then some chops before Traci tripped Edwards.
Kaz hit a backstabber for a pin attempt to even the score.

Kaz locked in a headlock, and Edwards took a novel approach to get out of it by backdropping him over the top rope to the floor and Alisha chirped away at Kaz and then got into a verbal back and forth with Traci.
Edwards rolled Kaz into the ring and amidst chants of “Boston sucks!” he hit a belly to belly suplex for a pin attempt and maintained his methodical approach to slow Kaz down.
Kaz fired off some chops, but Edwards quickly regained control with a wrist lock and chopped away on Kaz.
He missed a clothesline when Kaz ducked and Kaz hit a release German suplex for a breather and rolled Edwards up for a pin attempt, then pulled the ropes down for Edwards to go to the floor.
Kaz followed it with a hurricanranna over the top rope, and when Kaz started to climb into the ring Alisha raked his back and he backed her into Traci. Edwards took advantage of the distraction to hit a dive on Kaz.
The wives have it
Edwards jawed at Kaz’s son while he beat Kaz down, and they traded headbutts on the floor before Edwards broke the ref’s count.
They traded shots in the ring before Kaz turned it up a notch and he fired off a series of moves and a springboard leg drop for a near pinfall. Edwards went to suplex Kaz over the top rope and Kaz took him with him to the floor.
Edwards ducked and Kaz hit the ref, and after they took each other out Alisha grabbed Kendra and went in to work over Kaz, but Traci took her down and nailed her with a clothesline to send Alisha to the floor.
Kaz locked in the chicken wing and Edwards tapped out but there’s no ref so Kaz let him go.
Edwards grabbed Kenny and nailed Kaz, then closed it out with a Boston Knee Party for the win.
