‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) Spoilers here and we’re set to keep things rolling with a fresh batch of spoilery goodies to share.
It looks like we’re in for some sun scenes in this episode and some relationships start to grow and Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) picks up the mantle for Abe Carver (James Reynolds).

‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Wednesday, August 9: On the warpath
Since acting mayor Clint Rawlings (Grayson Berry) has decided to single out Chanel DuPree (Raven Bowens) and close Sweet Bits, as well as pass Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) over for a promotion, we’re guessing he’s racist and that’ll be the situation Paulina will walk into.
“Days of Our Lives” Spoilers think Paulina will try to talk to the city council on behalf of Abe, who isn’t in a position to do anything at the moment, to try to convince them closing Sweet Bits is Clint overstepping his boundaries.
We don’t think it’ll go well for her, but Paulina has never been daunted when faced with a challenge before, and we expect this to ramp up to a pretty intense battle before too long.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Wednesday, August 9: Making new friends
After being introduced to Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) through an unexpected way, Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) will feel there’s something more to her.
So, once the drugs wear off he’ll be there to talk with her, and we suspect she won’t be seeing her dead son anymore. We’re guessing her medication wore off or something about Harris will remind her of her son.
Whatever happens, it looks like they’ll break through some boundaries and get to know each other and even grow closer in doing so.
We doubt this will lead to much between them, but it’ll be fun to see what insight she can give Harris he doesn’t know or hasn’t thought of yet.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Wednesday, August 9: Back together again
With her business shut down, Chanel will look for comfort and find herself with Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) once again.
It’ll be the rekindling of their relationship they both need right now since they haven’t had much luck since their divorce.
Plus, with the DiMera name behind her, we’re sure that’ll cause a few more headaches for Chanel with the new mayor.
