Hello and welcome to Impact Wrestling Results! Tonight looks like it’s going to be a fun show with some good looking matches as we’re a week out from Emergence.
Without further ado, let’s get to the action!
Before The Impact (BTI) – Johnny Swinger vs. Sheldon Jean w/Kenny King
This should be a fun one just to see what antics Swinger will pull out of his tights as he looks to gain momentum to face Kenny King at Emergence for the Digital Media Championship.
Swinger got the crowd behind him to start, but the ref stopped him to pull some weapons out of his fanny pack.
Swinger then tried to get a posing contest going and tried a test of strength and he was quickly put onto his knees by Jean’s strength.
He tried to fight out of it and he took a pair of knees to keep him down. On his third attempt, Swinger stomped Jean’s foot to get to his feet, then ate another knee and rolled to the floor.

King rolled Swinger into the ring for a pin attempt when the ref was distracted, and Jean choked him out on the bottom rope.
Swinger went for a sunset flip and used a handful of tights for a near pinfall, and Jean wasn’t too happy about that. Swinger avoided a knee in the corner and went for a figure 4, but King distracted the ref and Swinger.
Heath came in and hit a Wake Up call on Jean for Swinger to get the win.
Deonna Purrazzo vs. KiLynn King w/Taylor Wilde
After a quick tie up, Purrazzo took King down and went for a Fujiwara Armbar but King grabbed the ropes.

King hammered on Purrazzo and went for a stalling suplex but Purrazzo countered with a small package for a near pinfall, and then sent King to the floor with a head scissors.
King powered out of another head scissors to his a powerbomb and went to work on Purrazzo with elbows in the corner.
Purrazzo dodged a double kick trough the ropes and sent King into the ring apron and then fired off several shots before she locked in a Fujiwara again, but King countered by rolling her onto her shoulders for a pin attempt.
King nailed a right and followed it with a gut buster and DDT for a near pinfall.
After a back and forth King hit a Neutralizer for a near pinfall, and went for a King’s Curse, but Purrazzo flipped out of it and locked in a Fujiwara, and then a Venis De Milo for the win.
