Tonight should be a fun episode as none of the Bloodline are scheduled to appear and Edge faces Sheamus is what looks to be his final match.

Grayson Waller got the show started with the Grayson Waller Effect, and said he can’t wait for Edge to come down and thank him for making him relevant again.
He then welcomed Santos Escobar and Rey Mysterio.
Waller asked Rey how he’s feeling as the new United States Champion, and Rey said it feels great to be the champion once again and he tried to work Santos against Rey.
He then called them co-champions and Rey said they’re not co-champions as long as it’s with the LWO and he accused Rey of stealing his opportunity.
Escobar came to Rey’s defense and said he gave Rey his blessing because he has the utmost respect for Rey and slammed Waller for not having any for him.
Austin Theory came out and demanded to know who was responsible for that travesty and he mocked Santos for being weak and demanded Adam Pearce come out and hand him back his title.

Pearce came out and told Theory he’s not putting up with him, and LA Knight came out.
He called Theory out for fumbling the ball in his first title defense in three months and congratulated Rey before saying it’ll come to him. He then challenged Theory to a match with the winner challenging Rey for the title.
Pearce made it official for right now.
LA Knight vs. Austin Theory
As the match was about to start, the Miz came out.
When the bell rang, Theory took advantage of Knight being distracted and went after him and after hammering him down hit a fallaway slam.
Knight fired out of the corner with a clothesline and suplex before hitting an elbow off the middle rope ala Bret Hart for a pin attempt.

Theory sent Knight to the floor by the announce desk as Miz propped up Theory and ran down Knight as Theory hammered on Knight.
They headed back into the ring and Knight rolled back to the floor and slammed Theory into the announce desk about ten times.
Knight then threw Theory into Miz to shut him up. They went back and forth in the ring with Theory hitting a rolling dropkick for a near pinfall.
Knight caught Theory rolling into the ring with a sidewalk slam to buy some time, then fired off some rights before hitting a neck breaker.
Knight fought out of a A-Town Down and Miz distracted him when he was going to go for a BFT, and when Theory came after him he hit a DDT and then chased the Miz into the the ring before sending him to the floor with a clothesline.
Theory took advantage of the distraction and rolled Knight up for the win.
