    Impact Wrestling IMPACT 1000 Results (9/14) – Frankie Kazarian and Traci Brooks Defeated Eddie and Alisha Edwards by Pinfall; X-Division Championship – Chris Sabin Defeated Lio Rush (c) by Pinfall

    Impact Wrestling IMPACT 1000 Results returned as Sharkboy made a match between Trey and Josh next week, and after Marella congratulated Sharkboy on doing a good job, Kenny King and Sheldon Jean came up and demanded a match against Tommy Dreamer and Heath.

    Marella said it can’t be done, but he made a match between King and Eric Young next week.

    Frankie Kazarian and Traci Brooks vs. Eddie and Alisha Edwards

    Traci and Alisha started it off, and Traci wasted no times in taking Alsiha down and Kaz sent Eddie to the floor and hit a hurricanrana on the floor.

    The ladies took it to the floor too, and the Edwards turned it around as Eddie hit a suplex on the floor and Alisha threw Traci back into the ring.

    Eddie tagged in but Traci slapped him and tagged Kaz in.

    Eddie distracted the ref for Alisha to catch Kaz with a knee to the back and Eddie hit a Blue Thunder Bomb to buy some time.

    Eddie kept working over Kaz until Kaz flipped over him and hit a backstabber to get a breather. He tried to tag in Traci, but Alisha pulled her off the apron and Eddie threw Kaz to the floor.

    Alisha hit a tornado DDT off the apron while Eddie distracted the ref. In the ring, Kaz fought back but Eddie caught him with a back elbow and then choked him out on the ropes.

    Eddie kept mocking and antagonizing Traci to tie the ref up, and then tagged Alisha in while he held Kaz. Kaz got free and Eddie caught Alisha’s leap off the top rope.

    Kaz rolled up Eddie and caught Alisha in a suplex for a bridge and a double pin attempt. Traci tagged in and ran over Alisha with a pair of clotheslines and then a spear.

    Eddie grabbed Traci and went for a package stunner, but Traci dug into his eyes and it an X-Factor.

    Kaz sent Eddie to the floor and Alisha went for a rollup, but Traci kicked out and hit a Fade to Black for the win.

    After the match, Kaz grabbed a mic and talked about it being a great night and directed us to the video screen for a Traci Brooke video package as their son joined them in the ring.

    It announced that Traci will be inducted into the Impact Wrestling Hall of Fame. It looked like she didn’t know about it as she broke down amidst a chant of “You deserve it!”

    X-Division Championship – Lio Rush (c) vs. Chris Sabin

    Rush used his quickness to stay one step ahead of Sabin to start it off, and he led Sabin on a chase.

    Sabin caught him with a clothesline, but Ruch caught him with a hand stand kick to send him to the floor and then hit a dive.

    Sabin laid on the ramp looking like he was hurt and Rush mocked him before throwing him into the ring.

    Rush headed to the top rope for a Final Hour, but the ref checked on Sabin. Rush grew impatient and rolled Rush up in a small package.

    Sabin was playing possum as he unloaded on Rush with a series of hits for a pin attempt followed by a clothesline and then a series of rights in the corner.

    Rush tried to slip out of the ring, but Sabin dragged him back in the locked in a stretch and then a pin attempt.

    Rush fought back with a head scissors and a clothesline before he mounted Sabin and hammered on him with some rights.

    After Sabin slammed him into the corner, Rush hit a suplex for a near pinfall, then locked in a body scissors.

    Sabin broke the hold with a jawbreaker and then hit a missile dropkick. Rush fought out of a Cradle Shock by digging into Sabin’s eyes and Sabin rolled to the floor where Rush followed it with a snap moonsault.

    Rush broke the ref’s count and suplexed Sabin on the ramp but hurt himself as well. He then drove Sabin’s back into the ring apron before rolling him into the ring.

    Sabin countered a Final Hour with a superplex to buy some time.

    Sabin hit a superkick and rolled through into an STF, and transitioned it into a type of Death Valley Driver for a near pinfall.

    He nailed a clothesline and Cradle Shock for a near pinfall. Rush hit a Final Hour, but Sabin kicked out of that as well. After trading blows, Sabin it a Tanaka Punch, a Shellshock, and a Cradle Shock for the win.

    The roster came out to celebrate with Sabin and hoisted him onto their shoulders.
