Kimberlin Brown, who has portrayed the iconic villain Sheila Carter on The Bold and the Beautiful for over 30 years, knows a thing or two about keeping viewers on their toes.

When asked about what fans can expect from Sheila in the future, Brown offered a cryptic warning: “things aren’t always what they seem.”
Earlier this year, audiences were led to believe Sheila met her demise at the hands of Steffy Forrester. However, the shocking twist came when it was revealed that Steffy actually stabbed Sheila’s body double, Sugar. This surprise return delighted fans who had come to love the character’s devious antics.
In a recent interview, Brown discussed the challenges and joys of portraying a dual role for the first time. “Playing Sugar was definitely fun,” she admitted. “The scenes were interesting because you’re essentially acting alone, delivering lines without another actor to react with. It was a challenge, but I enjoyed it.”
The experience also allowed a rare glimpse into Sheila’s vulnerability. “The writers showing her scared was refreshing,” Brown said. “It added a human element that audiences don’t often see.”

Bold and Beautiful Sheila Sharpe Was Saved By Deacon Sharpe and Finn Finnegan
Following her near-death encounter, Sheila was rescued by her son, Finn (Tanner Nolan), with a little help from Deacon Sharpe. (Sean Kanan) This turn of events even led Deacon to propose to Sheila.
Brown, sporting the infamous black wedding dress at the award ceremony, shared the story behind the gown’s creation. “The costume design team did an amazing job,” she said, expressing her love for the dress’s fit and functionality.
Brown also expressed her satisfaction with Sheila finally finding someone in her corner. “It’s nice for her to have someone who has her back,” she said of Deacon.
However, when it comes to the future storyline, Brown hinted at more surprises in store. “Things aren’t always what they seem!” she teased, leaving fans eager to see what Sheila has planned next.
