General Hospital Spoilers reveal Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) have been friends for years, not just partners on the PCPD police force.
Right now, Dante has clearly been taking some time away from the day job to focus on family. Primarily, Lulu Falconeri (Alexa Havins) is taking up a lot of his brain space, although he’s trying to keep watch over the rest of his fam, too.
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) can take care of himself, but Dante is still concerned about his father’s possible involvement in FBI Agent John ‘Jagger’ Cates’ (Adam Harrington) murder.
However, being caught off guard by Chase showing up to question his grieving sister, Kristina Corinthos Davis (Kate Mansi), set Dante’s head a-spinning this week. Did he intervene by sending Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) straight to Kristina’s apartment? Sure.
Was Chase ticked that Dante interfered? Absolutely. Where is this conflict headed if not toward resolution?
General Hospital Spoilers — At a Standstill
Chase was quick to call his partner out for working against him and sabotaging him while he was simply doing his job. Chase isn’t wrong.
If it were any other case, Dante would not have been so likely to intervene. Even if he had a less-than-kosher feeling about the ethics involved in interviewing such a traumatized person, he wouldn’t have gone to the lengths he did to help put the kibosh on it the way he did by calling Diane in.
In other words, Dante doesn’t think he’s wrong, but Chase doesn’t think he’s wrong either. The rift that is taking shape here could last longer than we expect. But why?

GH Spoilers Hint the Groundwork is Being Laid for a Break-Up
Although many are thinking a break-up might be in the works for Brook Lynn and Chase already, it sounds more like the newly married officer could break up with his partner than his wife.
Brook Lynn and Dante recently spoke in private about a secret in their past that they don’t want anyone to find out about — especially Chase.
Since Brook Lynn has already come clean with Chase about taking money from Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) to break Dante and Lulu Falconeri (Alexa Havins), we know it’s not that. Could there be more to the story?
Is the secret between Brook Lynn and Dante bound to leave Chase feeling like they both betrayed him?
General Hospital Spoilers — Is This Where Dex Comes in?
We can’t imagine Chase is going to leave his career in the police force. He already had the opportunity to do so with his musical career and he opted out.
But Dante just might find a different track soon. We saw him consider such months ago, and then changed his mind with some coaxing from Police Commissioner Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).
Will Lulu’s needs, Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) impending death, and the discord between him and Chase be enough to send him on his way?
If so, will Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) fill his shoes as Chase’s partner? It certainly looks like it’s shaping up to be that way. Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers just ahead.
