Angela appeared on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 2, when fans watched her fly Lagos, Nigeria for the first time to meet her much younger love interest, Michael. The duo had an off and on relationship, but eventually tied the knot in January 2020.
The wedding took place in Nigeria and Angela returned to America soon after and they didn’t see each other for two years. Angela got busy spending her time and money a getting a weight loss makeover and she last appeared on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 6, in which and Michael split again.

Fans know that Michael didn’t support Angela’s body transformation and he suspected that she was having an affair with her doctor. However, co-star, Usman Umar, accused her of using Michael, and called her a “scammer.” He also said that she had left Michael. It was around this time that Michael launched his own Instagram page, wich was deleted soon after.
90 Day Fiancé blogger, @90daythemelanatedway appeared to have found out why Michael went off Instagram. “So, looks like Angela is in Nigeria filming with her new ‘bestie,’ Rene!” they captioned their post which featured pictures of Angela and her new friend, Rene.
One of the videos is from the TLC star’s TikTok which features her and Rene trying out a Pamela Anderson filter, which has seemingly been filmed in Nigeria. Some other pictures show Rene, who tagged her location as “Ikeja, Nigeria.” The blogger shared that “word on the street” is that Angela has started filming a new 90 Day Fiancé season and will finally bring her husband to America.

It appears Angela and Rene became friends after the duo randomly met on a plane. It also seems it was Rene who paid for Angela’s lavish Las Vegas birthday party that featured co-stars, such as Tiffany Franco-Smith, Kalani Faagata, Tom Brooks, Mariah Fineman and other.
Angela’s ex-bestie, Jojo Disney cnmfirmed this. Meanwhile, Michael’s disappearance from social media might have been Angela’s idea because she doesn’t want him chatting with other women. He might also be trying to avoid posting spoilers for the new season.
