Yara Zara, former star of ’90 Day fiancé’, has always been vocal about the terror going on in her home country; using her influence on social media, she has always made it public how the attacks on Ukraine are devastating.
Yara, who was born in Ukraine, relocated to the United States in 2020 where she married her husband, Jovi Dufren. Even as a mother and wife of American citizens and one who has grown so close to her husband’s family, Yara still misses her friends and family back at home.

Asides the fact that both Yara and Jovi have been looking forward to their daughter meeting Yara’s mother, Yara has been a bit more worried about how her family and friends stuck in Ukraine have been faring.

The young mother has been doing everything possible to ensure that they are safe, making use of her voice on social media; she even featured on Fox News speaking about the war. Despite Russian troops still being in the country, Yara believes that the war would come to an end soon.
She expressed more of her concerns in an Instagram post as she was publicizing a new 90 Day fiancé episode, 90 Day Diaries: Ukraine. In her caption to the past, she explained how she gets scared whenever she communicates with people who have been able to escape the war. She also assured them that she and Jovi are “doing everything” that they can to help people.
“I really just want this to end and we would go with the whole family and we will rebuild our country with you, because this could happen to each of us.” She said to volunteers and those from her country. The selfless and considerate side of Yara that fans have been seeing have caused a lot of hearts to melt and also changed the way a lot of people now see her.
