Hello and welcome to Impact Wrestling Results!
Tonight looks like it’s going to be an awesome show with the Gauntlet for the Gold to name Josh Alexander’s opponent for the world title at Slammiversary, and Alexander will be teaming with Tomohiro Ishii to face Jay White and El Phantasmo.
Without further ado, let’s get to the action!
Before The Impact (BTI) – Aiden Prince vs. Ace Austin
This should be a good one to get us ready for the night’s action.
Austin started it off in control, but Prince’s athleticism turned things around early on and gave Ace some fits and sent Austin to the floor.
Prince then hit a suicide dive, but Austin rolled in to prevent his second one with a leg sweep and hit a pair of leg drops. He slapped on a triangle leg submission, but Prince reached the ropes with his legs to break the hold.
Prince turned it around with a back chop and dropkick, followed by a flatliner. Prince headed to the top rope, but Austin kipped up and hit a draping backbreaker for a near pinfall.
Austin rolled out of the way of Prince’s 450 splash and then hit The Fold for the win.
This was a fun back and forth as Prince looked really good.
Tom Hannifan and Mathew Rehwoldt welcomed us to the show from in the ring and introduced the Gauntlet for the Gold and several stars like W. Morrissey, Vincent, and Shark Boy talked about winning it.
Ultimate X Qualifying Match – Kenny King w/Maria Kanellis vs. Chris Bey
Maria joined Hannifan and Rehwoldt on commentary for the match, so things should get interesting with her at ringside.
We expect this to be nothing short of awesome as King and Bey will set the bar high.
They traded holds to start off with King getting the initial upper hand thanks to a handful of Bey’s hair, but Bey reversed out and they traded arm drag takedowns.
Bey sent King to the floor with a dropkick, followed by a swinging kick on King before King dropped him with a right on the floor.
After being thrown into the ring, Bey responded with a senton over the top rope.

King pulled him off the ropes and hit a double knee for a pin attempt. Bey went for his own pin attempt after rolling King up in a wheelbarrow, then King caught him with a powerslam for a near pinfall.
Bey fought back with a combination of strikes and hit a neckbreaker out of a fireman’s carry for a near pinfall.
King responded with a Chin Checker and Tiger Driver for a pin attempt.
Bey hit a Sliced Bread and headed to the top rope but Maria ran over to distract him so King could catch him with t right and step up kick before hitting a Royal Flush for the win.
Knockouts Tag Team Championship – The Influence (Madison Rayne, Tenille Dashwood) (c) vs. Gisele Shaw and Alisha
Alisha and Rayne started it off and Rayne mocked her some, and Alisha went after her with a couple of quick roll ups and then a clothesline for a pin attempt before Shaw tagged in.
Dashwood and Alisha squared off with Alisha fighting her way out of the Influence’s corner and Dashwood hitting a draping neckbreaker.
The Influence went to work on Alisha in their corner before Rayne went for a pin attempt.

Alisha tried to fight free, but Rayne his a neckbreaker for a pair of pin attempts, so Rayne nailed Shaw to draw her in so she could get some quick shots in on Alisha.
Alisha kicked Rayne off and tagged Shaw in, and she went after Rayne with rights and then took out Dashwood with a kick.
Shaw hit a draping DDT on Rayne for a near pinfall, then charged in but Rayne tripped her into the corner and Alisha tagged in and hit a flatliner for a pin attempt Dashwood broke up.
With the ref lecturing Shaw, Dashwood hit Alisha from behind, and things fell apart as the Infliuence hit the Collab for the win to retain their tag titles.
