What happens to the Cucuy in the last period nobody can explain. Is he not putting enough effort into the training? Has he lost his edge? Whatever it is, a massive downfall is evident.

The bout finishes with Michael Chandler’s delivering a knockout in an ‘unrepeatable’ fashion. He sends his right leg flying forward and hits Tony Ferguson directly on the chin – knocking him straight out. What El Cucuy is speaking about is the UFC 210 event weightings. When Daniel Cormier evidently rested his hands on the towel that the support held before him, and with that, he manages to ‘trick’ the UFC and reach the weight.
However, even though DC goes by without punishment on the UFC 210, fans and fighters were seeing this as a major omission by the UFC. Tony Ferguson now, brought it back to attention.
