Nate Diaz is a proper frequent user of social media, especially Twitter. Yesterday, May 12th he posts a photo in which he urinates in front of the UFC headquarters in Las Vegas. He is complaining for a long time that the UFC is slow-rolling him. The reason behind this is that they allegedly want him to fight Conor McGregor. And he is not willing to do so.
Recently he posts a tweet regarding this saying – “Have been trying to fight everybody and no go what’s the hold-up UFC? I’m not fighting Conor he sucks. I’ll fight someone quit slow-rolling me, please. Thanks.”
Now, the Dana White might have had some plan to do a trilogy of the clash McGregor vs Diaz, however, it seems quite unlikely that it would happen, ever. The latest leak of information is that the Mexican will fight Khamzat Chimaev. The undisputed welterweight would be more than happy to take on such a fight.
Nate Diaz has a professional record of 20-13-0 and has not fought in the octagon since the middle of the last year. Since 2016, he has had only three fights and only one win. So maybe it really is time for him to go. Having nothing more to offer to the UFC is enough of a reason to retire. And he says that he most certainly will. There is only one more fight that he needs to do for the UFC before his contract expires.
Back to his most recent scandal with the urinating in front of the headquarters. He did what he did because he is Nate Diaz. Such a thing is expected from him. But the reaction from his fellow colleagues a the UFC is even more hilarious.
