WWE Raw Results returned as a video package was shown covering Cena’s debut against Kurt Angle and shaking the Undertaker’s hand before continuing on to highlights of his career.
They switched gears to celebrate his support for the Make a Wish Foundation and the military, and then his Hollywood career.
The Miz came out to the ring and he was shown Logan Paul turning on him, and Miz declared Paul will be joining him at SummerSlam.
When the Miz was shown his betrayal of Paul, Miz responded by pointing out he’s the top WWE superstar and touted his show following WWE Raw.
He proclaimed he and Paul will be tag team champions, and AJ Styles came out and slugged Miz as we headed to commercial.

The Miz vs. AJ Styles
As soon as the bell rang, Styles went after the Miz after he was cheated out of a MITB shot.
Miz turned it around and hit a couple of knees and a running kick, and continued with a series of kicks and hit an axe handle off the top rope for a pin attempt.
Styles sent Miz to the floor and missed a flip, and Miz sent him into the barricade as we headed to commercial.
After a back and forth with pin attempts, Miz avoided a Phenomenal Forearm and hit a double knee for a near pinfall.
Styles countered a Skull Crushing Finale with a roll up attempt, and then hit a brainbuster, but Miz ducked out of the ring to avoid a Phenomenal Forearm and took the Count Out loss as he slowly walked up the ramp.
Bianca Belair called out Carmella
In the ring, Bianca Belair tore into Carmella and got a rumble out of the crowd when she started running her down, and she redirected to say Carmella has the ability to be great and after a couple of minutes she got around to challenging Carmella to face her tonight.
Carmella came out and listed her accomplishments and she intends to take any respect she isn’t given just like she’s going to take the Raw Women’s title.
Carmella tried to hit her from behind, but Belair caught her and sent her to the floor. The crowd acted like they were in a tomb throughout this and most of the night so far unless John Cena was mentioned.

Asuka joined the commentary team to scout her competition, but we doubt if she’ll get involved in this one.
They started the match fast with holds and counters until they caught each other with neckbreakers.
Alexa went for her finisher, but Morgan rolled her up for the win.
