UFC: Conor McGregor Thinks Khabib Nurmagomedov’s Place Is Not In The Hall Of Fame

Conor McGregor starts firing on social media at his greatest opponent of all time, Khabib Nurmagomedov, after Khabib’s induction into the UFC’s Hall of Fame.

The UFC promotion decides to add two more iconic fighters to the Hall of Fame. Khabib Nurmagomedov and Daniel Cormier accept the honor of being part of the list of fighters that during their reign show incredible skills and performance, as well as results.

The induction of these two into the Hall got Conor McGregor thinking about his future induction and his joining them eventually a couple of years later.

The fact is that Conor McGregor’s record is far worse than the one from Khabib Nurmagomedov,  or Daniel Cormier’s for that matter. However, the Notorious thinks that his personal records should qualify him for a seat amongst the stars. He holds records for the 13-second knockout on Jose Aldo, the knockdown win over Eddie Alvarez, and the fact that he has knockout wins in three different divisions.

“Looking forward to my own Hall of Fame entry, all the same, I’m a shoe-in.” – McGregor says. “First of everything. All the records. KO speed. Knockdown amount. KO’s most divisions. Financials. You name it. No rush tho I’m still in to bust noses open and put opponents unconscious. A real goer.”

Conor continues his posts about this by sharing yet one more, stating that until he gets into the Hall of Fame, the Hall of Fame is actually a Hall of No Fame.

“Who has the levels and the flow l have. No one that’s who. The wall of no fame ya’s can call it until I bounce in and rock it. Coolio in the gaf they call me.” – The Notorious adds.

Conor McGregor didn’t specify that he is speaking about Khabib Nurmagomedov in his first two tweets. However, it is obvious that he is speaking about him. With the latest post, he clears things out and shows what he refers to.

The Notorious shared a photo of the end of the fight between him and Khabib where Khabib tries to land a shot on him after the fight is over. This no-sportsman move by Khabib really pissed the Notorious. Due to this, he believes that Khabib’s place is not in the hall.

“Bag of sh*t off them all. Stick that in the hall of fame.” – He says in the caption of the photo.

Khabib and McGregor present one of the greatest rivalries in the promotion since its beginning. It all starts with Conor’s trash-talking and gets heated up when Khabib slapped McGregor’s friend Artem Lobov in 2018. This resulted in Conor’s attack on Khabib’s bus while there were other UFC stars in. Rose Namajunas, Michael Chiesa, and some of the staff of their teams, all suffer physical trauma due to the incident.

After six months they come to the octagon to measure forces. Khabib dominates and chokes his rival before jumping out of the cage and attacking McGregor’s team. This causes a massive brawl in the arena.
