CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers here and we’re set to start the week off with some fun spoilery goodies.
This episode looks like it’s going to be a good mix of here we go again story segments with an interesting twist that’s pretty close to being illegal being completed.

“The Young and the Restless” Spoilers: Victor’s trap works
Too late Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) realized he was set up, and when the police get there he’s going to be dragged away to jail for violating the restraining order for his former son.

Of course, Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) will be more than happy to point out the ties between Ashland’s arrest and his own in Peru as he won’t hesitate to let his disgust show.
Oddly enough, we doubt this will stick since everyone there will have to lie and keep it from leaking, and this could also be Ashland’s way of letting the Newmans think he’s gone.
So far, we haven’t seen anyone close to the Locke Ness Monster he was credited as being, so this could be the writer’s chance to finally break out of the weak storytelling they’ve been doing with him.
“The Young and the Restless” Spoilers: Kyle’s pleased
Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) is going to be the apple of Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor)’s eye after she proves herself to him once again for helping to set Ashland up.
We’re guessing she didn’t want to, but saw it as an opportunity to show Kyle how serious she is about being in his life again.
Whatever her reasons are, CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers have a feeling she’ll be the reason Ashland gets let go.
If she’s not, this will definitely agitate the biggest proponents of her leaving Genoa City as it just made their endeavors so much harder.
“The Young and the Restless” Spoilers: Another announcement
It must be circle back day in Genoa City as Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will have yet another surprise announcement to make.
She’s got to be pretty close to matching Victor Newman (Eric Braeden)’s ultimatums, and we have the feeling this is going to be about Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) remaining.
While we don’t think Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) really convinced Victoria he and Sally were broken up, he may have argued it enough that Victoria will want to set her own trap to prove they’re working together.
