’90 Day fiancé’ and ‘The Family Chantel’ duo, Chantel Everett and false-hearted Pedro Jimeno, recently filed for a divorce, and while many fans have attacked Pedro, blaming him for the faults in their relationship, Chantel is receiving praises from her fans even as she posts a video that seems to show that she has moved on.
When Pedro and Chantel appeared on 90 Day Fiancé, a number of fans were worried about the duo’s relationship. While they seemed to love each other—each family was not accepting of the other. Eventually, Chantel was able to convince her family to accept her husband, while Pedro’s sister and mother never showed love towards her.

The couple were happy together, and fans were pleased with the first two seasons of The Family Chantel Show. However, Pedro’s behavior changed towards his wife following a visit to his family in the Dominican Republic. During the visit, he found out some shocking things about the majority of the women in his family. What he learned seemed to have changed his view on marriage and, in effect, his behavior towards his wife, as he became cruel and uncaring towards Chantel.
On July 7, the news that the couple were filing for a divorce broke out; before this, the couple had been separated for a month. Neither Pedro nor Chantel have spoken out about what caused their divorce, but many fans believe Pedro was unfaithful towards his soon-to-be ex-wife. Some others also believe that Pedro realized he didn’t need Chantel anymore since he was now settled in the United States; hence, he broke it off.
Whatever the reason, many fans have turned against Pedro, blaming him for waiting that long before ending things since he knew from the on-set that he was done. Chantel, however, has received the support of many fans; she has also shown that divorced or not, she is going to live her best life.
She posted a TikTok video of herself walking in the street; she was dressed in a light purple gown and she had her hair down, after strutting for a while, she swirled and showed her face with her make-up done; fans agreed that she looked beautiful. Many took to her comment section to tell her how attractive she was and deserving of someone better (than Pedro); many also claimed that Pedro would come to regret the divorce later on.
