On July 19, Juliana and Ben welcomed their son, weighing 4.280kg without an epidural. Juliana had gained 36 pounds and, she she told her fans that she would share her weight loss journey, so earlier today, the new mum did an Instagram Q&A session during which a follower asked how she feels about her body after pregnancy. Juliana shared mirror selfie to reveal post-partum body, and wrote, “Amazing.”
She also shared that she has “20 pounds so far.” She also said, “No diet only breastfeeding.” The new mother told her followers that the reason behind her quick weight loss is that her baby was heavy. She also talked about her healing journey. “I’m still healing, it’s a little painful,” she confessed. She also shared that she would breastfeed little Benjamin until he’s at least two years old.
The super model believes “water is definitely the key” to getting more milk. Juliana shared that she can’t wait to resume work, and she has booked multiple modeling gigs since she moved to Europe in late 2021. She is living her biggest dream, which is becoming a mom.
