Angela Deem was featured on the 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days show along with her Nigerian partner, Michael llesanmi, whom she met online in 2017. The couple dated for a while, and fans found some of the couple’s behaviors distasteful. Angela was used to bossing her partner around, and many fans believed it was because she could provide him with a green card.

The couple has not seen each other in about two years, partly due to the coronavirus pandemic, which delayed his K-3 visa. While waiting for the love of her life, Angela decided to look younger for him by undergoing surgical procedures even though Michael was against it. Angela has also been worried that Michael would leave her for a younger or slimmer woman, which might have aided her decision to change her appearance.
Having done numerous surgeries, Angela decided to have the dental surgery that she had been meaning to have for a while. The 55-year-old TV star had an accident when she was much younger, affecting her teeth. Frequent smoking and menopause also contributed to the deteriorating state of her teeth.
The procedure lasted about 5 hours, and Dr. Matt Asaro, who was in charge of the procedure, removed the bad teeth and cleaned them out to remove every infection. It was clear that Angela loved the procedure results, as she checked out her smile immediately when she woke up and said, “Who is that bi?”
Her Insecurity with her teeth stopped once she got the procedure, as she could now smile confidently and not worry about grossing her partner out. Now the TV star shared a before and after picture to show the difference between her smile before the procedure and after.
