Star of ‘The Bachelorette’ Hayden Markowitz has apologized for calling the show’s two leads Gabby Windey and Rachel Recchia ‘bit**es.’
Hayden Markowitz Apologizes For Calling Gabby Windey And Rachel Recchia ‘Bit**es’
The comments were made in relation to Hayden comparing the pair to his former girlfriend. It is claimed he had stated that the duo “don’t hold a candle” to his ex, while then referring to them as ‘bit**es.’
And once the two leads were aware of this, Hayden was booted out. And now that the dust had settled, Hayden wanted to clear up any misconceptions that may have emerged about his character.
In doing so, he reassured everyone that he was not the person that came across at that moment. In a post to his fans on Instagram, Hayden shared a picture from the show with the two women.
He is half-naked, as they pose for a car wash picture. The post was captioned by the following comments: “I have always tried to carry myself with humility and respect for others.
“However, my complete lapse of judgement was not only disappointing but it was absolutely unacceptable. I genuinely want to express my deepest apologies to both Gabby and Rachel for my actions.”
Nevertheless, this is not the first time that Hayden caused controversy with his comments. Just prior to this incident, he faced backlash when he referred to Gabby as being “rough around the edges.“
And after having made two controversial comments in a short period of time, there was a feeling that Hayden was not the man that he cracked out to be. That is why the star took ownership of his mistakes.
His following comments confirmed as much: “I take full responsibility for not being the man I was raised to be in those moments, especially towards these two wonderful deserving ladies who I truly do respect.”
Hopefully, with time, everyone can move on from this. So there you have it folks. What did you think about this? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
