Wendy Williams’ family and friends are reportedly concerned after she incorrectly claimed that she had gotten married.
Wendy Williams’ Family And Friends Concerned After She Was Confused Over Whether She Married An NYPD Officer Called Henry
Wendy, for her part, had sent shock waves across the internet when she revealed she had married an officer from the New York Police Department named Henry.
This was on the basis that she had done this in a secret ceremony. And this all came to the fore when ‘Hollywood Unlocked’ host Jason Lee recounted a conversation he had with Wendy that detailed this.
In his comment at the time, he said: “She says, ‘I’m married. I’m like, ‘What?’ She’s like, ‘I got married,’ I’m like, ‘You got married when?’ And she’s like, ‘I got married last week.'”
That was one thing, but things became a whole lot more bizarre when a representative on behalf of Wendy came out to deny such a story.
Therefore, as there was a conflict between what Wendy and her representative said, it was not possible to know who was telling the truth.
In some comments, her representative stated: “That’s inaccurate. She is excited about a new relationship and probably got carried away in conversation.”
As a result, this raised question marks over whether whether Wendy was going through some issues, or if this was simply a mistake that she had made, but forgot to take it back.
Wendy’s brother Tommy does not see things as looking good for his sister. In an interview with Page Six, he said: “I’ve been with Wendy since the very beginning and she’s never talked like this, but I don’t think it’s her fault.
“It’s a precarious situation. She wasn’t getting married last week. I think it’s kind of crazy, and very unnerving.” Whatever issues Wendy may be going through, hopefully she is able to work through them as soon as possible.
