Reports claim that the Russian social media star signed with the UFC. The Russian sports journalist and MMA reporter Igor Lazorin wrote an article where he states that Dana White met with Hasbulla and gave him a contract for five years. It is rumored that the amount on the contract is fairly higher than what many UFC fighters make.
On social media, you can’t miss Hasbulla. Especially if you are an MMA fan and follow fighters from the UFC. The small man is all over the place.
Hasbulla Signed Five-Year Contract With The UFC – Will He Fight Someone?
Hasbulla Mogamedov is a social media star and a vlogger. He often films videos and takes photos with UFC fighters, many times doing what a regular person wouldn’t dare to do. He slaps them, punches them in the face, etc. However, this passes without some serious consequences as he is seen as a comedy figure.
At first sight, Hasbulla is a kid, not older than 7-8 years but in fact he is 19. However, that is not the case. He suffers from a very rare medical condition that doesn’t allow him to grow.
Now, after some time ‘socializing’ with UFC fighters, Hasbulla had signed his own UFC contract. The contract is not as you would think. Instead of a contract for fighting, he has one for promoting and hyping the public for upcoming events.
“This is a blast from the face!” – Lazorin posted on Instagram. “Hasbulla signed a five-year contract with UFC! So far in the plan – attending tournaments, media activity. We will not talk about the amounts in detail, but there they are such that many fighters do not get that much. Hasbulla signed a 5-year contract with UFC! No fights yet, but…”
Dana White decided to employ the ‘small man’ after he entered into a dispute with Conor McGregor on Twitter. He went back and forth with the UFC superstar and rose to fame almost immediately. Amongst other things, he called Conor McGregor a ‘bum’. The comment came only after Conor McGregor threatened to boot Hasbulla over a post in his tweets.
Hasbulla Mogamedov takes part as a special guest at several of the recent UFC events. His most ‘public’ appearance was at the UFC 267 where he entered the octagon post-fight, together with Khabib Nurmagomedov. Islam Makhachev took the win at that event and when pronouncing the winner of the bout Hasbulla was into the octagon together with Islam’s trainer – Khabib Nurmagomedov.
Hasbulla Mogamedov has more than 3 million followers on Instagram. His videos on TikTok generate more than 2 billion views.
