The Schism are done asking for Cameron Grimes to join them, and have now decided to destroy him instead. He was challenged to a trios match, with Gacy assuming no one would join him. However, a call to Monday Night RAW brought some Phenomenal results, as Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson would sign up to team with him here tonight. Grimes had the paper to get them on his side, which was bad news for The Schism.
The OC Help Cameron Grimes Find Victory
Grimes would start with Reid, hitting the knee strike to the midsection. Fowler would get the tag, but was took into the corner for some kicks from Grimes. Reid would assist Fowler in not being whipped across the ring, before The Dyad would beat Grimes down in the Schism corner. Gacy would ask for the tag, but wouldn’t get it.
Grimes fought into his corner, with The OC showing their power as Fowler was beaten down by Gallows. A short arm lariat and elbow drops would land, before Anderson got the tag. Fowler & Reid would work to get Anderson down, taking the fight to the reigning NJPW NEVER Openweight Champion with a double team backbreaker on the floor.
Schism would hug on the floor, giving the people what they want. Anderson would trade blows with Reid in the ring, hitting a running uppercut and tagging in Grimes. Off the top rope with a crossbody, Grimes would get a near fall. Gallows & Anderson kept control in their corner, sending The Schism from the ring.
A brawl on the outside would benefit Grimes & The OC, who would throw Schism about with ease. Back in the ring, Reid would regain control by choking Grimes on the ropes. Gacy would tag in and berate Grimes, before hitting a fast elbow drop. The twisting Urange would be blocked, with Grimes hitting the Spanish Fly in the middle of the ring.
Gallows got the tag and threw his weight around, moving with purpose as he took The Dyad down. Gallows Pole on Fowler led to a Cave In from Grimes, a spinebuster from Anderson and finally Magic Killer for the finish.
Halloween Havoc Hosts Revealed
Halloween Havoc is no normal show in the WWE calender, and will need special hosts. They would be revealed here tonight – with the show fast approaching. It would be revealed that Shotzi Blackheart has returned to NXT.
Xyon Quinn offered to be co-host, but in-comes Quincy Elliot, a much better fit. Quinn took issue with this, and challenged Elliot to an impromptu match. Winner gets the guest host role! Elliot was thrown with a back body drop before getting sent from the ring with a lariat. Back in, they’d trade blows with Quinn briefly gaining control.
Elliot would run him down with shoulder tackles, before a throat thrust. Quinn dropped him with two boots to the face – before Elliot would shift his weight to stop a Samoan Drop. A splash to the back and the Rumpshaker – and Elliot is the co-host!
