‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to keep things moving by sharing some fun spoilery goodies.
This may be a character building episode, but there are going to be a couple of interesting angles coming that should move their respective storylines ahead. Let’s dive in and see what’s coming!
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, October 20: Go to work
Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) made her feelings perfectly clear to Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John), and we think she knows being around him too much won’t be a good thing for her.
But that’s not going to concern Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) as they’ll urge her to take one for the team and get closer to him.
Their hope will be that she’ll gain his confidence and manipulate him into letting something slip about Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters).
We doubt Ashley will be fully onboard with putting herself in that kind of position, but Nikki will use her visiting LA as an extremely weak comparison to what they’re asking Ashley to do.
Things should get interesting pretty quick within the Mean Girls clique.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, October 20: Looking for help
It looks like Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) are going to have enough with road blocks in their effort to adopt a child and will go to the local powerhouse attorney.
Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell) was mentioned to them previously, and now that they’ve gone through their other options they’re going to seek her counsel.
This will be their first meeting, but ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers have no doubt Christine will give them a hand by either working on their behalf or directing them to someone she knows that’ll be able to help.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, October 20: Diane protects herself
It looks like Diane’s not taking anything to chance since Tucker arrived in Genoa City as she’ll do everything she can to make sure his past stays hidden and she won’t take Tucker’s word for it.
She’ll want to make sure Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) won’t have a reason to look deeper into her past, but she’s going to do it the hard way.
It’d be so much simpler and easier if she’d confess to Jack about her relationship with Tucker, but it makes sense that she’s scared knowing how Jack feels about Tucker wanting to reclaim Ashley.
