Zied took to his Instagram stories to share new selfies and followed it up with a message, telling his fans that he wants to start working out more seriously. “Hi guys I want to start bodybuilding fitness,” he said adding, “can you help me for [sic] a good program and fast lol thank you my friends.”

Since Zied is one of the franchise’s fan-favorites, his followers quickly responded with advice and helpful tips. In another Instagram story the 90 Day Fiancé alum thanked everyone who sent him advice about “coaches and gyms.” He also said that he reached out to some of the coaches his fans suggested and they are helping to set him on the right track. Zied wrote, “Thanks my friends, all of you amazing peoples. I was busy at work. You know I work soo much work.”
Zied is not the only foreigb cast member who changed their lifestyle once they reached America. Julia Trubkina and Natalie Mordovtseva complained about weight gain and started working on their bodies. Perhaps Zied feels the same way and is looking to make some lifestyle changes and prioritize his health.
Fans know that Zied’s wife, Rebecca has shown jealous tendencies in the past, and now that he is working on getting fit, her jealousy may be triggered. However, Zied always shows her love and devotion, so she may support him has he embarks his fitness journey rather than feel threatened.
