Viewers saw Kim Menzies creating a romantic atmosphere by laying rose petals around her hotel room. She also lighted candles and decorated with garlands and pictures of herself and Usman. Usman entered the room with shock on his face as he joined her on the sofa, where she expressed her love for him. “Regardless of anything that happens, I want you to know that I’m always gonna be here,” Kim told her lover while down on one knee. ”
