Few things are as fleeting on soap operas like relationships, but Peacock “Days of Our Lives” Spoilers love how Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) and Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) keep finding a way to stay friends.
Even when they turn on each other, they always find their way back to one another. They have a common bond that we don’t see in some couples on the show, and their interactions are always fun.
What makes them even better is they both have been working to turn their lives around and redeem themselves.
The problem with that is this show, well, no soap opera to be fair, makes it easy and are always looking for a way to lure them back to the dark side.
Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) is a perfect example. He was so close, but after things fell through he felt he had no choice but to work for Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun).
And that’s going to be the carrot that will make Gwen and Leo’s friendship interesting in the coming days.
“Days of Our Lives” Spoilers: Doing it for a friend
Leo needs a job and Gwen has the perfect one. The only thing is, it’s not clear what it is yet.
While it looks at a glance that Gwen will intend for Leo to watch over Xander and Bonnie Lockhart (Judi Evans), we think it’s going to go a lot deeper than that and it’ll show the lengths Gwen will go to for her friend.
Peacock “Days of Our Lives” Spoilers suspect she’s going to set it up so Leo finds them and rescues them.
It’ll make him a hero and give him his first scoop on what happened to them to give him an in with Jack Deveraux (Mathew Ashford) at his paper.
It’ll be one of the biggest scoops of the year, and it’ll solve everyone’s problems for the time being.
But since secrets tend to come out at some point, it’s safe to say things won’t end well for Xander, Gwen, or Leo.
Out of the three of them, Leo has the best chance to escape without too much damage. Depending on how much he doesn’t know about Gwen’s plan that is.
“Days of Our Lives” Spoilers: Never do a good deed
As is customary, Gwen is trying to help Xander and that’s going to lead to so many more problems. While Xander kidnapping anyone is reprehensible, Gwen’s loyalty knows no bounds.
And it’s that loyalty that’s going to further test her friendship with Leo, but we don’t think anything can shake their bond.
Now, if her plan is far more nefarious than we hope it is, that’ll change a lot of things.
